The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award, under a Total Small Business Set-Aside, a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP), for the installation of fiber optic cabling. This effort is in support of the Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) mission to have fiber optic cabling installed between building 270 and 229 at the Detroit Arsenal.
