In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole-source solicitation (W56HZV-22-R-0136) restricted to General Dynamics Land Systems Inc. (GDLS), 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-3200, for Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV) Retrofit, Welding Repair, and Refurbishment services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) within 30 days after the date of publication of this solicitation. The solicitation will be for a 5-year requirements contract for the Stryker FoV requirements in the area of Retrofit, Welding repair, and Refurbishment services. Performance of these services is anticipated to begin 01 April 2024 and continue for five consecutive years. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
