Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP), W56HZV-22-R-0095 for the procurement of spare parts. It is anticipated that this contract will be one (1) base year and one (1) Option Year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for AGT 1500 Engine Spare parts with a target award date of 30 November 2022. This requirement is sole source to Honeywell under authority FAR 6.302-1. Honeywell is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the AGT 1500 turbine engine and associated parts and holds the technical data package leading it to be non competitive. The RFP is targeted for release by 15 July 2022 for the following parts 1. Digital Engine Control Unit - 5998-01-564-2378 2. Oil Pump Assembly- 2990-01-074-3488 3. Electro-Mechanical Fuel System Assembly - 2910-01-339-0029 4. Fuel Rotary Pump - 4230-01-179-7639 5. Engine Starter - 2990-01-305-8419 6. 650AMP Generator - 2920-00-441-8137 Although this is a sole source effort, it may include subcontracting opportunities. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
