This solicitation, W56HZV-22-Q-0054, is being issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.202 --- FIXED PRICE CONTRACTS and (FAR) 13 SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. U.S. Army Contracting Command – DTA (ACC-DTA) intends to negotiate and award a one year firm fixed price contract with a, one year, 100% option ordering period for the item listed below. A.1.1 REQUIREMENT: ACC-DTA is soliciting offers for the following item: ITEM NME: O-Ring NSN: 5331 01 530 0028 NIIN: 015300028 QUANTITY: 647 each A.2 UNIQUE ASPECTS OF THIS SOLICITATION: A2.1 This solicitation W56HZV-22-q-0054, is for a one year Firm –Fixed Price contract with a, one year, 100% option ordering period as follows: CLIN 0002AA – Option Ordering Period 1 up to 365 days after award. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options in accordance with Section I clause 52.217-40001 (LOCAL WARREN) SEPARATELY PRICED OPTION FOR INCREASED QUANTITY. A.2.2 The offeror shall submit prices for each CLINs 0001 and 0002 A.2.3 As the contractor, you shall implement and maintain a quality system that ensures the functional and physical conformity of all products or services you furnish under this contract. You quality system shall achieve (i) defect prevention and (ii) process control providing adequate quality controls throughout all areas of contract performance.
