THIS IS A COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a solicitation for 15 Parker CAN Bus Pressure Test kits for the Army Bradley A4. Only offers from Parker Hannifin Corporation distributers will be considered. The NAICS code for this item is 334515. The part number is P/N PDS4-4-01-01-CAN-GOV. ACC-DTA anticipates issuing this solicitation as a Request for Proposal (RFQ) W56HZV-22-Q-0017. The proposed action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract without a technical data package. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The solicitation will not have a small business set aside and associated NAICS code 334515 has a small business size standard of 750 employees. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with your offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
