ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is currently soliciting and will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This action will be competitive, 100% Small Business Set Aside, for the following service: Stabilize, re-paint and restore C-130E Aircraft CCN 40525 for static display per the Performance Work Statement contained in the following solicitation located at 82d Airborne Division War Memorial Museum, Fort Bragg NC, 28310. All offeror's are required to fill in all representations in the solicitation. Any offers submitted without completed representations shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure these representations are completed before submission.
