This notice has been amended to include the following changes: This solicitation was amended on 09 August 2021 to include all Questions received by 05 August 2021 from Contractors and includes all Answers from the contracting office. The solicitation document was amended to include Local Narrative ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS in Section A.12; Amendment 0001 was included in this narrative. CLIN 0003 and Statement of Work C.1.1.3 was amended to include the the handrails of the loading dock, basement stairs, and side door of Building 805. The original solicitation document was removed 09 August 2021, please use the updated Solicitation W56HZV-21-R-L087 0001. Please see applicable attachments for Questions and Answers and the updated solicitation document W56HZV-21-R-L087 0001. ACC- Detroit Arsenal (6501 E. 11 Mile Rd, Warren, MI, 48397) intends to solicit and award a standalone Firm Fixed Price service contract for construction to prepare and paint the interior and exterior of Building 1839 and exterior of Building 805 located at Ft. Belvoir, VA, 22060. The NAICS for this acquisition is 238320 and PSC is Z1AA. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. A site visit for interested Offerors will be conducted on 03 August at 1000hrs (10:00 Eastern Standard Time). The site visit location is Building 1839, 6001 Goethals Rd, Ft Belvoir, VA, 22060. All questions pertaining to the site visit must be submitted, in writing, no later than 05 August 2021 at 1400hrs (02:00PM Eastern Standard Time). All responses will be posted by 09 August at 1200 hrs (12:00PM Eastern Standard Time). Responses shall be submitted electronically to victoria.l.coon4.civ@mail.mil by 12 August at 0900hrs (09:00AM Eastern Standard Time) concerning this acquisition.
