These services will be for each of the five (5) Regions of Michigan (see Attachment- DPM Contract Zoning Map 5 Areas). Three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements based on Lowest Priced, and Past Performance will be awarded to the responsible offerors that meet the requirement as laid out in this request for proposals.
