On behalf of the Ground Vehicle Systems Center’s Materials Directorate – Additive Manufacturing Team (GVSC MD AM), ACC-DTA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to the below requirement: Scope: This supplies Performance Work Statement (PWS) establishes the requirements for one Direct Metal Printing (DMP) Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) Equipment for the GVSC MD AM Team. This requirement is to provide one DMP L-PBF Equipment that meets the below listed dimensions and requirements. Does your equipment have a 500W Fiber Laser? Does the equipment have a self-cleaning filtration system requiring replacement at no less than 1,500 hours? Does the equipment include a built in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)? Does the equipment have a Z Axis glass scale? Is the equipment capable of operating in dual modes of both nitrogen and argon? Is the equipment NRTL approved? Can the contractor certify the equipment is compliant with all Class I laser system requirements of 21 CFR 1040.10? Does the equipment have a Material Starter Kit and license for LaserForm®Ni718 (A).? Does the equipment have a Material Starter Kit and license for LaserForm®316L (A)? Does the equipment have the 3DXpert Ultimate license? Does the equipment have an extraction arm? Does the equipment have the build volume dimensions of 275 x 275 x 420 mm?
