In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole-source solicitation (W56HZV-21-R-0200) restricted to General Dynamics Land Systems Inc. (GDLS), 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310-3200, for Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV) Wholesale Supply support. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) within 30 days after the date of publication of this solicitation. The solicitation will be for a 6-year requirements contract for the Stryker FoV Lifecycle requirements in the area of Logistics, inclusive of transportation, purchasing, warehousing, repair, issue, shipment, disposal, obsolescence management and configuration management of parts to support the Wholesale Supply efforts. An award date of 31 January 2024 is estimated and anticipated for this action. Performance of these services is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of calendar year 2024 and continue for six consecutive years. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
