ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract for the Digital Vehicle Distribution Box (DVDB) service including the cleaning, inspection, and testing; repair only – repair to Condition Code A; and repair & upgrade – upgrade to Revision T and repair them to Condition Code A.
