The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a contract to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. (BAE), CAGE Code: 80212, on a sole source basis for five years under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy the agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
