The Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan (ACC-DTA) will is soliciting a five-year requirements supply contract for the purchase of commercial automotive General Mechanic (Metric) Tool sets (GMMTS) and Vehicle Recovery kits (VRK) for different foreign military countries as needed during the five year period. The GMMTS and VRK component specifications shall be provided with the minimum features and capabilities as listed in Attachment 1 and 2. The Government will evaluate the offered set and kit components for acceptability based on total price. Exhibits A and B list the components required for both the GMMTS and VRK. The procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside assigned under NAICS code 332216.
