Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (DTA) proposes to award a five-year Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, consisting of five ordering years of 12 months to procure requirements to transition newly developed hardware from development to full-rate production and support fielding of these capabilities. This requirement will support a multitude of platforms within the PEO GCS. The Government intends to procure the hardware for the FASST effort using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) / Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The procurement will cover requirements for FY2023 through FY2027. The total estimated value of the five year MA IDIQ contract is $1.6B.
