The Government intends to issue a new contract for the Under Belly Interim Solution (UBIS) Kits, National Stock Number: 2510-01-693-0221 (Part Number 57K00180) in accordance with the design specifications identified in the Engineering Release Record (ERR) Number: TACW9635 in order to upgrade the Bradley A4 Ground Systems Combat Vehicle. This effort will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base quantity of 300 Kits and will include a 100% option quantity, for a total of a possible 600 kits. The contractor shall deliver 150 kits no less than (NLT) 365 days after contract award. The contractor shall complete delivery of all remaining base kits NLT 545 days after contract award. Early and incremental delivery is acceptable at no additional cost to the Government. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the successful offerer. The Government will consider all proposals from interested, responsible sources meeting the criteria within the solicitation that are received by the closing date of receipt of proposals. The estimated release date of solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0093 is 26 April 2021 and the closing date for receipt of proposals is 26 May 2021.
