The US Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) anticipates issuing a 3-year firm-fixed price requirements contract for the following product: NOUN: Grille, Metal NSN: 2510-01-657-2667 Part Number: 12578067 NAICS Code: 332999 QTY: Estimated 90 EA FOB: Destination PACKAGING: MILSTD2073 LEVEL OF PACKING: A The solicitation (W56HZV-21-R-0086) is intended to result in the award of a single, three year requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule. The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award. For further guidance related to a Requirements type contract, see FAR clause 52.216-21, Requirements. The solicitation will be found at https://sam.gov/. The approximate issuance is anticipated for release in 2 to 4 weeks. The solicitation will contain technical information and a specific due date and time. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will instruct on how to obtain drawings. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
