The Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan (CSTC-A) appreciates the time and effort taken to respond to this survey. The intent of this effort is to gather data from industry as a resource for the Afghan National Defense Security Force (ANDSF) to utilize as it establishes its sources of supply for procurement of vehicle parts (components) for its High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV), Ford Ranger, Ford Everest, Toyota Land Cruiser, and Toyota 4 Runner vehicle fleet, which is outlined in the market survey Excel spreadsheet. A sample listing of vehicle parts from each of these vehicles are listed in the market survey Excel spreadsheet, which the Government is requesting data from industry. The ANDSF is comprised of the Afghan National Army (ANA), within the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and Afghan National Police (ANP), within the Ministry of Interior (MoI). CSTC-A is looking to identify traditional and non-traditional sources of supply for vehicle parts for the ANDSF. Product Manager Allied Tactical Vehicles (PdM ATV), in supporting this initiative, will compile this data and provide it to CSTC-A for dissemination to the ANDSF for its own use. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, nor is it a request seeking participants to be placed on a United States Government (USG) solicitation mailing list. Response to this survey is wholly voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey and any follow-on information requests. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned and will be used for informational purposes. All submissions will be exported to the ANDSF, and there will be no re-distribution restrictions. All submissions must not contain proprietary information, and must not be export controlled. All submissions must be marked "DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A. Approved for public release: distribution unlimited" in accordance with DoD Instruction 5230.24. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY CLASSIFIED OR PROPRIETARY DATA IN YOUR RESPONSE. FAR PARTS 2.101 AND 3.104 WILL NOT APPLY TO DATA RECEIVED FROM THIS SURVEY. Responses to this survey can be in total or to any part. Electronic responses are required. Do not provide any brochures, pamphlets, or marketing paraphernalia describing your company. Responses are limited only to the information being requested. Further, electronic responses shall be provided in any of the following formats: Microsoft Word 2016 or earlier, Microsoft Excel 2016 or earlier, Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or earlier or Adobe Acrobat. The maximum size of each email message should be no more than 20 megabytes (MBs). You may use multiple email messages if necessary.
