The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal, MI (ACC-DTA) has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) and its customers with Survivability, Lethality and Vulnerability (SLV), Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and associated Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineering Support. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform SLV M&S and T&E Support as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This is a Sole-Source to SurVice Engineering, Cage Code: 7T988. This is not a request for proposal, nor is it a request seeking offerors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or solicitation of offerors and is in no way binding the Government.
