The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule. The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award. (HDT) Technical Data Package (TDP): Distribution Level: A The TDP is uploaded with this solicitation. The TDP was approved on June 13, 2019. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.246-11 Higher Level Contract Quality System is required. Contractor must be ISO 9001:2015 compliant. First Article Test (FAT) is not required for HDT. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered.
