All offers submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for a minimum of calendar 60 days following the offer due date. 3. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution Code "C", which limits access to Department of Defense (DoD) & U.S. DoD contractors. Please refer to Section C for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 4. A First Article Test (FAT) is required before production can commence under this procurement per guidance by Combat Capabilities Development Command - Chemical Biological Center (CCDC-CBC) Engineering and Quality Assurance personnel. See section E for additional information. 5. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level A and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement.
