This is a notice to announce that the Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) anticipates releasing a solicitation to extend the T-9 Dozer EH Medium Dozer requirements contract (W56HZV-21-D-0034), on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis, by adding three one-year ordering periods. This requirement includes T-9 EH Medium Dozers (Type I and Type II), associated kits, and ancillary services. This action will be awarded on a sole source basis to Caterpillar, Inc. A solicitation will be posted on or around 06 October 2023 and will close on or around 08 December 2023.
