The U.S. Army Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) in Detroit Arsenal, Michigan proposes to purchase 30 Stryker Mission Display (SMD) units that meet the statement of work and attachment 0001 P-Spec for Stryker Mission Display (SMD) Stryker IVN-2V1.3 20200311. A quanitity of 3 SMD Pre-Certified units are required by 3 months after contract award and 27 Post-Certified units are required by 6.5 months after contract award.
