The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of Delivery Orders for discrete quantites for the period stated in the schedule. -- The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive with purchased parts estimated at 10-15% and limited to DOD and US DOD Contractors only. Pre-Solicitation Notice / Synopsis The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the DISTRIBUTION BOX, NSN: 6110-01-285-9848 for 110 EA, plus one 100% option. The Technical Data Package is Distribution D, Export Controlled, limited to DOD and US DOD contractors only, with purchased part(s) estimated at 10-50%; QPL Specification(s) apply to this item; NAICS: 335311. The contract will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Hull Power Distribution Box distributes battery/generator electrical power to the Hull Networks Box (HNB) or Redesign Hull Networks Box (RHNB) and through the hull/turret Slip ring to the Turret networks Box (TNB) or Redesign Turret Networks Box (RTNB). A First Article Test (FAT) is required. If a FAT is not required, the production lead time (PLT) without PVT (with Government approved FAT waiver) is 210 days after award, at a rate of 20 each per month. If a FAT is required, the FAT Report (FATR) is due 300 days after award. The PLT with FAT for the first delivery is approximately 540 days after award, at a rate of 20 each per month.
