The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal hereby requires Firm-Fixed-Price proposals for the provision of 15-Foot Setter Cable, NSN: 5995-01-538-9505. This cable is a component of the Enhanced Portable Inductive Artillery Fuze Setter (EPIAFS). Amendment 0001 corrects an erroneous NSN that appeared throughout the Solicitation, and is available in the Downloads Section. The correct item is NSN 5995-01-538-9505. Due to this error, the Solicitation response deadline has been extended, as shown elsewhere in this Announcement. Amendment 0002 further extends the Solicitation response deadline, as shown elsewhere in this Announcement. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Busineses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS Code 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a maximum deliverable quantity of approximately 1,275 units over five years. We anticipate an initial order of 255 units will be placed at the time of Contract award, with delivery due 180 days after order. Early delivery and incremental shipments are acceptable at no additional cost to the Government. The Contract will use FOB destination delivery terms. Attachment 0001 is incorporated into the SF33 Solicitation Package, Attachment 0002 is attached to this Announcement. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive, Distribution Code D, and will soon be made available via either a download link or "restricted" attachment to this announcement.
