Update Attachment 0013 Pricing Matrix Workbook.* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-20-R-0164 for armor kits for the M109A7 Self-Propelled Howitzer (SPH) and M992A3 Carrier, Ammunition, Tracked (CAT) Vehicles. The armor kits will be used as Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) and Modification Work Order (MWO) installation and will be produced from drawings contained within a Technical Data Package (TDP) provided by the Government. This procurement will be solicited as full and open competition amongst 100% small business set-a-side under the authority of FAR 6.203. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to solicit and award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price contract that will cover the period of five (5) ordering periods (FY24-29). Proposals will be due approximately 45 days after the RFP is released. Contract award is targeted for 1st quarter of FY 2024. Proposals must be received by the closing date for receipt of proposals. All contractors must be registered in the DoDs System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov. Information on getting registered may be obtained on the website. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102; therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
