The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Request for Proposal (RFP) on or around 23 April 2020 for the Platform Integration Kit (PIK) used in the M1155A1 Enhanced Portable Inductive Artillery Fuze Setter (EPIAFS) System, NSN 1290-01-538-9257. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 332994, Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories. The Government anticipates award as an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a five-year ordering period and an initial order quantity of approximately 470 units deliverable 270 days after award. Up to a total of approximately 760 units will be able to be ordered in variable quantities for the remainder of the Contract. Cybersecurity and electronic component supply chain integrity regulations directly apply to this item.
