ACC-DTA is herein issuing a Request for Information to determine the level of interest from industry for the acquisition of Equipment Related Services for multiple U.S. Army Depots, Arsenals and Progr... ACC-DTA is herein issuing a Request for Information to determine the level of interest from industry for the acquisition of Equipment Related Services for multiple U.S. Army Depots, Arsenals and Program Management Offices located in various parts of the country such as Texas, California, Michigan and some OCONUS locations. The specific location will be identified at the time of Task Order Request. ACC-DTA contemplates to conduct a source selection and evaluate the following factors for award: Technical Experience and Small Business Participation. Price will not be evaluated IAW FAR 15.304(c)(1)(ii). Multiple-awards shall be made to all qualifying proposals with an acceptable rating in both factors. Awardees will receive a five year IDIQ contract with a period of performance of eight years. Task Order Requests shall be competed amongst awardees IAW Far 16.505(b). Technical Experience: Offeror must propose relevant experience to one Task which can be from any of the following Categories. Relevant experience must be of the prime offeror, not subcontractors, individuals or key personnel. Category A - Product Assurance and Test Services Task A1 - Government support contract that provided test support to US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned); or Task A2 - Government support contract that provided product assurance on US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned) production lines Category B - Logistics Management Task B1- Fleet management support of US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned); or Task B2 - Publications and software support of US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned); or Task B3 - Supply chain management of US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned) Category C - Industrial Base Operations Task C1 - Operation and management of supply support to include receiving, inventory/storage management, and shipping for US Army's operations; or Task C2 - RESET of US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned; or Task C3 - Engineering support for a production line of US Army vehicles (manned or unmanned) SB Participation Factor: Offerors shall provide a list of SB concerns that it commits to providing opportunities for performance under this contract to the maximum extent practicable.
