This requirement is for M1070 A1 Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) Truck/Tractor Color: Tan (CARC #686), 635 NL Semi-Trailer Kits Color: Tan (CARC #686), M984A4 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) Wrecker with Crane and Winch Color: Tan (CARC #686), M978A4 HEMTT Fuel Tanker with Winch Color: Tan (CARC #686), each with application of Carwell corrosion prevention in support of the Government of Egypt under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) Case EG-B-VEQ.
