Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-20-R-0057 is a total small business set-aside and will result in a 5-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the supply identified below. Delivery Orders (DOs) will be placed as requirements arise. NOUN: Firing Attachment, Blank Ammunition NSN: 1005-01-565-6693 PART NO.: 13020129 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (FAT): Required 2. The resulting contract will consist of five Ordering Years, as further detailed in Section B of the solicitation. For CLINs 001X (Where "X" = Production Years 1 through 5): MINIMUM 5-YEAR QUANTITY: 345 EA MAXIMUM 5-YEAR QUANTITY: 20,700 EA NOTE: Only the minimum 5-year quantity is guaranteed. 3. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution Code "D", which limits access to Department of Defense (DoD) & U.S. DoD contractors only. Please refer to Section C in the solicitation for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 4. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement. Please refer to Section D in the solicitation for additional information. 5. It compensates muzzle gasses for the normal cycle of operation of the M240L firing blank cartridges. Yes The associated solicitation, W56HZV-20-R-0057, will be issued as a total small business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2. The resulting Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be five years in length and Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Contractors should not contact the Contract Specialist seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available for at least 15 days after issuance of this notice. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. Instructions for accessing this documentation will only be made available upon release of the solicitation and not before then.
