A First Article Test will be required. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract. NSN: 1095-01-227-1739, P/N: 12011860, Noun: M9 Bayonet and Scabbard; Minimum Guaranteed Quantity: 900 each; Maximum quantity: 36,250 each. The successful awardee will receive a guaranteed minimum order for NSN: 1095-01-227-1739. Future orders will be issued as delivery orders to the awardee in accordance with the terms outlined in the solicitation and resulting contract. NAICS Code: 332211, Option quantity of 36,250 each. The packing and preservation for the M9 Bayonet and Scabbard is Military B. Inspection and acceptance will be origin and delivery will be fob origin. The contract may also require submission of phosphate coating procedures and Acceptance Inspection Equipment (AIE). THE TECHNICAL DATA IS EXPORT CONTROLLED. OFFERORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS IN ORDER TO ACCESS TECHNICAL DATA.
