The RFP will be full and open competition and result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The estimated quantity will be 5,784 Kits plus one 100% option quantity. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is Distribution C (limited to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors) and export controlled. First Article Test (FAT) is required. The Production Lead Time (PLT) without FAT (with Government approved FAT waiver) is 180 days at a rate of 6,000 each/month.
