***** UPDATESolicitation for Two (2) Ship-to-Shore (STS) Container Cranes to be delivered to Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), California – W56HZV-20-R-0025 The U.S. Army Contracting Command – ... ***** UPDATESolicitation for Two (2) Ship-to-Shore (STS) Container Cranes to be delivered to Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), California – W56HZV-20-R-0025 The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has released solicitation W56HZV-20-R-0025 for two (2) STS Container Cranes to be delivered to MOTCO, which will result in a single-award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This action will be competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. The STS Container Cranes are to be delivered within 36 months of contract award, and shall be equipped with a spreader capable of lifting both single and twin twenty (20) foot containers, single forty (40) foot containers, and single forty-five (45) foot containers. The cranes shall be able to service a Panamax vessel with thirteen (13) container abeam. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided in Section A and include the number and date of each amendment. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist identified in box nine (9) of the solicitation.
