(TDP): Distribution Level: A A signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required in order to be considered responsive for the proposal. A signed NDA allows the offeror to receive the most up-to-date technical data package (TDP). In addition to the requirements of CS6334 “Technical Data Package Information”, in order to receive the TDP, all bidders are required to execute a Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) binding each bidder to the terms and conditions of the agreement, uploaded to HTTPS://Beta.SAM.gov (FBO has transitioned to Beta.SAM.gov). An official authorized to legally bind the company must sign the NDA. Upon execution of the NDA, it must be returned to Daniel.C.McCauley3.civ@mail.mil . Upon receipt of the signed NDA, the technical data will either be released on HTTPS://Beta.SAM.gov or the complete zipped file drawings will be sent via email upon approval through DoD Safe Site. (With the transition from FBO to Beta.SAM.gov, the site has been experiencing a number of issues.) Your firm must request access to the TDP in HTTPS://Beta.SAM.gov in addition to submitting the NDA in order to receive the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP. The TDP was approved on 02 May 2019. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.246-11 Higher Level Contract Quality System is required. Contractor must be ISO 9001:2015 compliant. First Article Test (FAT) is required for all 24 spare parts. Request for a FAT waiver may be approved. FAT waiver must be submitted with your proposal in accordance with Section L, LS7304, Provision for Waiver of Required First Article Approval. Use Attachment 0001 FAT Waiver Worksheet with your request. MIL-STD 1916 is required, see Section E, ES6019. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered.
