This is a non-personal services contract to provide the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) facility renovation support move services from the Troy location to the Detroit Arsenal (DTA) location and back to the Troy location during the phases of the renovatin project per the performance scope of work (PWS). Also, the PWS covers internal moves from the 2nd floor of building 200A to other location offices within the DTA during the phases of the renovation project. The period of performance includes a base year beginning approximately October 5th and two options periods.
