(CAGE Code: 53595), 2890 John R Road, Troy, MI 48083. The Government anticipates procurement of Systems Platform Advanced Real-time Controllers (SPARC) as described below in Section II. Horiba is the only known qualified source to satisfy the requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the Contract Specialist, which will be considered by the agency. See attached Solicitation for complete details.
