In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source, The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000 intends to issue a sole-source solicitation (W56HZV-20-Q-0150) restricted to Alliant Techsystems Operations LLC (ATK), 4700 Nathan Ln N, Plymouth, MN, 55442-2512, for Stryker 30mm Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Production Representative System Sample Testing (PRSST) support. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16). This procurement will result in a firm fixed price type purchase order. All contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov. Information on getting registered may be obtained on the website. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action.
