The Government intends to procure this hardware on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1901 as authorized and implemented by FAR 13.501(a) “Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions.” NOUN: Simulator, Valve NSN: 4931-01-495-9541 PART NO.: 53698-88 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (EA) BASIC QUANTITY: 11 EA OPTION QUANTITY: 100% 2. There is not a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. The part is available from Kidde Technologies. Only the NSN or manufacture’s part number is acceptable. No substitutions or replacement is allowed. 3.
