Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy w/100% Option Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Delivery Schedule: 180 DARO This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside and will be competed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All responsible sources are eligible to submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by the solicitation closing date listed within this solicitation announcement in order to be considered. TDP Requirement: Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation.
