Army Contracting Command - Warren is releasing a build-to-print draft solicitation for the build and fabrication of ground vehicle parts, components, and assemblies in support of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Ground Vehicle System Center (GVSC), previously known as TARDEC. This is a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The NAICS are 332999, 332312, 336992, and 332322. The primary purpose of this draft is to allow interested contractors to review the draft solicitation and provide feedback to the Government. No contract will be awarded from this draft, and this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Your response to this draft is voluntary; therefore, you will not receive any reimbursement for costs associated with providing feedback or asking questions in response to this draft and/or follow-on information requests. Data or materials submitted in response to this draft will not be returned. Please submit questions and comments to Marie Drager at marie.a.drager.civ@mail.mil. Responses are due no later than 20 May 2019. The Government will post submitted questions along with the corresponding answers for public review.
