The contractor shall perform required services necessary to conduct detailed analysis of various water and wastewater samples. Samples may come from a variety of raw water sources, military mobile water purification units, smaller water purification devices, expeditionary water packaging systems (EWPS), greywater reuse systems, or from a laboratory environment. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, materials, and supplies required to support the types of research and technical support outlined in the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. When no documented procedures exist, or when the sample size or type precludes the use of standard methods or procedures, the contractor shall recommend methodologies or procedures for use, subject to review and approval by the Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle System Center (CCDC GVSC). Water sample testing will include but will not be limited to organics analysis, inorganics analysis, microbiological analyses, microbiological spiking, and isotope ratio mass spectrometry. **A list of tests that will establish the first order will be provided in Amendment 1 to the solicitation. Amendment 1 will be posted NLT 1:00 pm September 20. The solicitation closing date is extended to 1:00 pm September 26.** **Amendment 2 establishes quantities for the list of tests provided in Attachment 0001 and provides Attachment 0002 "Water Sampling Analysis Technical Questions" to be answered by each offeror for technical evaluation. The solicitation closing date is extended to 4:00 pm September 30.**
