Solicitation and TDP are posted. ------------------------------------------------------------ THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren, Michigan intends to issue a solicitation for the following: Proposed procurement for: NSN: 5995-01-120-8558 P/N: 12311332 Noun: Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical NAICS: 335931 5-year long-term contract, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Minimum Guaranteed Quantity: 66 Maximum total quantity: 1,705 Anticipated first delivery order quantity: 210 FOB: Destination Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0273 Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-aside, Federal Prison Industries is allowed to bid. FAR 52.219-14 "Limitation on Subcontracting" applies First Article Test (FAT) is required Fat Waiver may be granted. The FAT waiver must be submitted with the proposal in accordance with LS7304 "Provision for Waver of Required First Article Approval" and with the "FAT Wavier Worksheet".
