This solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside and will result in a single Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract over a five year period for the following item: Item Name: 3K Water Tank, Fabric, Collapsible The 3K Water Tank, Fabric, Collapsible supports the storage of bulk liquids; this item supports water supply and water purification equipment. NSN: 5430-01-469-8744 Performance Specification Number: ATPD 2344 w/ Amendment 1, dated 4 October 2006. A First Article Test (FAT) is required and must be performed in accordance with ATPD-2344. UNIQUE ASPECTS OF THIS SOLICITATION: We shall award no more than one Contract under this RFP. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest evaluated price. We are buying to TDP Number: ATPD 2344 w/ Amendment 1, dated 4 October 2006, Distribution A. Packaging shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Military A. Government and Contractor First Article Test (FAT) is required. First Article Test must be Separately Priced. The approved first Article shall serve as a Manufacturing Standard and be shipped as part of the last lot, as a New Part.
