The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following item: NSN: 4910-01-115-6284 PN: 12298097 Noun: Stand, Maintenance Quantity: 103 each Option: 300% The techical data is export controlled. This is a new requirement. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The issue date is 04 September, 2019 with a response date of 06 October, 2019. Disclosure and use of the TDP will be available in the attached document packages. Disclosure and use of the TDP is resticted by the NDA the offeror will be required to execute prior to access of the TDP. To obtain a copy of the TDP, a prospective offeror must sing a non-disclosure agreement, and have access to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Instructions for accessing the TDP will be located in Section C of the solicitation. Contractors will also have to request access to be included on the Authorized Party list. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, an offeror will be granted access to the TDP. If you do not have access to FedBizOpps, it is recommended you register as soon as possible. This solicitation will be issued electoronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
