This item is used for the Track and Road Wheels. The TDP is competitive with purchased parts. Qualified Products List (QPL) item: items under this announcement are subject to MIL-DTL-11891. Rubber compound must be obtained from the sources listed on the QPL. If you have any questions, please contact the contract specialist. This solicitation is expected to be release on or about 28 Oct 2019. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update the proposal submittal method. If a contractor is interested in submitting a proposal, the contractor shall "Request a Drop-off" via email to Michael Hawkes (michael.f.hawkes.civ@mail.mil). Once a request for drop-off is requested, Contract Specialist imputs information into DoD Safe Site (https://safe.apps.mil), an automatic notification will be generated via DoD Safe Site to the contractor giving the contractor access to submit their proposal.
