The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) proposes to competitively award a new five-year, firm-fixed price, and Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of Carpenter's Tool Kit using a new NSN: 5180-01-677-6455 that is composed of over 105 individual NSNs and 212 individual parts. This action will be full and open competition; however, the Government will only evaluate a proposal from an offeror certifying it has met the criteria outlined in Product Verification Test (PVT) MILSTD- 810 for the Carpenter's Tool Kit.
