An amendment was added to solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0162 on 04 April, 2020. The purpose of the amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date and to update the attachments. 1. The solicitation closing date is extended to 05 May 2020. On 05 May 2020, the closing date was extended to 28 May 2020. 2. The attachment titled, "Updated Ground Hop Kit TDP" replaces the attachment "Ground Hop Kit TDP". 3. The attachment "Updtated W56HZV-19-R-0162" replaces the attachment "W56HZV-19-R-0162". 4. The attachment "W56HZV-19-R-0162 AMD 0003" has been added. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain in full force and effect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following items: NSN: 6110-01-659-0185/4320-01-661-9390 Noun: Ground Hop Kit/Reservoir, Hydraulic Quantity: 36/32 Option: N/A FOB: Origin Packaging: A/Military/MIL-STD-2073-1 The techical data is export controlled. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. The issue date is 12 February, 2020 with a response date of 30 March, 2020. Disclosure and use of the TDP will be available in the attached document packages. Disclosure and use of the TDP is resticted. To be eligible to gain access to this export controlled TDP an offeror must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).Instructions for accessing the TDP will be located in Section C of the solicitation. Once these equirements have successfully been completed, an offeror will be granted access to the TDP. This solicitation will be issued electoronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
