The purpose of the resolicitation is to modify the original requirements as shown in admendment 006. 1. The delivery has been updated to 300 days from date of award. 2. The closing for this solicitation has been extended to 12 October, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain the same. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following items: NSN: 6110-01-659-0185 Noun: Ground Hop Kit Quantity: 36 Delivery: 300 days from date of award FOB: Origin Packaging: A/Military/MIL-STD-2073-1 The techical data is export controlled. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. The issue date is 05 October, 2020 with a response date of 12 October, 2020. Disclosure and use of the TDP will be available upon request to the primary point of contact and it has been verified they meet all necessary requirements. Disclosure and use of the TDP is resticted. To be eligible to gain access to this export controlled TDP an offeror must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Instructions for accessing the TDP will be located in Section C of the solicitation. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, an offeror will be granted access to the TDP. The Special Packaging Instructions (SPI) for W56HZV-19-R-0162 is avialible for download and review in the Attachments/Links Section of this posting. This solicitation will be issued electoronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
