This requirement will be solicited on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Sole Source Basis to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) (CAGE CODE: 98247) under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Estimated period of performance is three- year plus one option year.
