The item being procured is restricted to Hardigg Industries. A Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available. The part is available from Hardigg Industries. This procurement is for: ITEM: Shipping and Storage Container NSN: 8145-01-534-7704 P/N: 16776-601 Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 17 each Max 5-year Quantity: 733 each First delivery order: 310 each Only the NSN or manufacture's part number is acceptable. No substitutions or replacement is allowed. In accordance with 10 USC 2304 (f)(1)(C), any bids or proposals received in response to publication of a required synopsis notice will be considered. This procurement will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to procure this hardware on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1901 as authorized and implemented by FAR 13.501(a) "Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions." The Government intends to use FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 for this acquisition.
