System must allow for a single person, weighing not more 350lbs to swing to horizontal without tipping over. -Must be able to support a single person at a weight of 350lbs from cross bar. -Cross bar must be 1.5in outside diameter -Cross bar must be no less than 8ft (96in) from ground, no greater than 9ft (108in) from ground. -The distance from inside of support post to inside support post must be 62in (+/- 1in) -Must have assist step, capable of mounting on frame at 18in and 24in from ground -Must be portable and easily broken down.
