POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is conducting market research to determine industry’s capability to provide Spare Parts for Bastion Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) for Uganda. There is no TDP available for purposes of this market survey.
